FALL Parents, Coaches, Players and Volunteers,
We are about a month away from another Little League Season. I couldn’t be more excited to see all our players hit the fields! The Board of Directors has been very busy working hard to make sure we have a great season. Below is our season plan with all the key dates. Please mark your calendars! These dates are also on our website calendar. For any familes interested in Allstars and TOC’s, dates below at the bottom of the page.
We are working hard on game and practice schedules and hope to have those posted in a few weeks.
Team Parent Meeting- February 22nd starting at 6 pm at Vista Del Lago High School Multi-Purpose Room
Coaches, please make sure you have identified your team parent by this date. All team parents will need to attend. There will be a ton of information so if your team has more than one team parent they should come as well. (Attendance Required: TEAM PARENT)
Coach Safety Meeting- March 3rd Vista Del Lago High School 9am-12pm
All Coaches, both assistants and managers are required to attend this safety meeting. We will also be doing Live Scan for free during this meeting. (Attendance Required: All Managers and Coaches)
Field Day March 9th 8am- Various Fields
We will communicate which field managers and field personal need to be at the coaches meeting on March 3rd. 50/70 Field Day will be February 24th (Attendance Required: All Managers and Coaches)
Opening Day Parade- March 16th 8am-9:30am
This year will see the return of the opening day parade. We will be combining efforts with Folsom National Little League. Each team should get 1 pickup truck for our players to sit in or walk behind through the streets of Folsom. We will award the best-looking truck with a very special prize! Staging for the parade will be behind City Hall. More details in the coming weeks. (Attendance Optional for all teams that want to participate).
Opening Night- March 16th
This year we kick off the season on Saturday March 16th. We will have many activities and events centered around Hazel MacFarland. We will have Food Trucks starting at 3pm. The First “Saturday Night Under the Lights” will feature a marque majors match up. The Mayor of Folsom will be on hand to throw out the 1st pitch! A great way to kick off the season!

The 1st Annual “FALL Coach’s Cup” Golf Tournament League Fundraiser
Date and time are still to be finalized (will happen mid-late May). The league is excited to host any golfer out there to spend an afternoon at Empire Ranch Golf Course hitting a smaller white ball. How will be crown the winner of the 1st “FALL Coach’s Cup”???!!! Details to follow!!!
